1. Eligibility
Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements under South African
law. Accurate and complete registration information must be provided.
2. Affiliate Relationship
This Agreement does not create any partnership, employment, agency, or franchise relationship. Affiliates act
independently and may not bind BLUE STEEL EQUESTRIAN (PTY) LTD in any manner.
3. Promotion & Marketing
Affiliates may promote products using approved links and marketing materials. Misleading claims, spam, false
advertising, or impersonation of the business are strictly prohibited.
4. Commission & Tracking
Commissions are earned only on valid, completed, and paid transactions tracked through approved affiliate
systems. Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, or cancelled orders do not qualify.
5. Payments
Commissions are paid according to the agreed payout schedule once the minimum threshold is reached. Affiliates
are responsible for providing correct payment details and for any taxes payable to SARS.
6. Refunds & Chargebacks
If a customer receives a refund or initiates a chargeback, the related affiliate commission will be reversed or
deducted.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, branding, and marketing material remain the exclusive property of BLUE STEEL
EQUESTRIAN (PTY) LTD. Use is permitted only for affiliate promotion and may not be altered without written
consent.
8. Legal & Regulatory Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all applicable South African laws, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA),
Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), and advertising disclosure requirements.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the affiliate program at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination,
affiliates must remove all promotional material and links.
10. Limitation of Liability
BLUE STEEL EQUESTRIAN (PTY) LTD shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall
not exceed commissions paid to the affiliate in the preceding six months.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
